Helping Mommy decide, how many donuts is too much...
Rik held Hella in line for the balloon animals with Boris. She was fine as long as Rik stayed standing, but whenever he knelt down to get closer to the clown she got scared. And when she had to hold out her wrist so he could put the ladybug on she was nervous but brave. I love our little Tank Girl!
On the ride home, since the boys were with Aunt Robyne, it was the perfect opportunity to 'feed' her baby. She was even proper and used a blanket to 'cover up'!
How do you get a little girl to pose by a beautiful tree in the local Arboritum?
Why, ask her to pick a pretty flower for her Aunt Robyne, of course!
The safest place on a train, be it kiddie sized or larger, is always by your Daddy!
Girls can keep up with their big brothers, no problem!
And this one's got the marks to prove it!

The Chinese New Year was celebrated here in Houstons China Town with a little help from the Speeds!

Going to see Santa at the mall. She was too shy, so spent most of the time in her stroller, exatly where she wanted to be. I kept trying to take her out and wander around, but she just wasn't into it that day...maybe next time...
Here she is trying out potty training and the new underware I was more excited about than her! Needless to say, we didn't get very far...
But she still looks awful cute!

Hella had her 18 month check up today. She had to get her finger pricked to check for iron and a TB test, and a shot. She was not a happy girl. This is on the car ride home, exhausted from all the screaming. She is 26 lbs, and 34 inches. The Dr. even commented on how tall she is! 95%
